Head of Product

Nomiki is a fractional Head of Product for software startups focused on complete user experiences that combine product, design, and strategy. She's worked with more than a dozen startups and businesses in B2B/B2C facilitating software concepts in the 0 > 1 phase to spearhead growth for Series C-backed organizations. Customers hire her to create product designs, form development collaboration through product management, and build product strategies and visions for short and long-term roadmaps.

As a leader, it’s my job to set the gold standard for teamwork. I facilitate cross-functional collaborations to operate more strategically, holistically, and effectively with engineers, delivery, quality assurance, data, designers, and more.

As a product leader, I drive the technical roadmap and strategic direction for core software technology, empowering growth and innovation while maintaining solutions to safeguard and govern user experience.

Design

I’m an experienced product design manager builds, coaches, and mentors designers. I turn product ideas into reality and strategize to deliver a diverse suite of products for millions of customers, from the small to the behemoth.

Strategy

I study and make data-informed decisions for the development, maintenance, and execution of the product roadmap. I focus on driving business goals and objectives steered by customer experiences.

I’ve worked with Nomiki on my last 2 ventures. I find myself bringing her in early and often for her insight and vision. She possesses the innate ability to conceptualize not only what I want but what may give us the effectiveness necessary to create a unique customer experience.
