Function4 Financial Services Platform

Function4 approached me to work with their team during the ideation phase. The goal of the platform in 2016 was to develop a software that connects event hosts, attendees, and sponsors in the financial services industry to help maximize the value of their event marketing strategies.

Working alongside the CEO, we developed a product roadmap for MVP, V1, and V2 features to push into the financial services market penetrating the global event industry.

I executed marketing collateral, partnership reporting, social media messaging, and cross-functional communication and team-building with a 100% remote team.

Wireframes

Version 1

Product release for MVP included a tabbed navigation for finding, managing, and hosting events. Each tile is represented with event title, date, payment and event status for attendees.

Version 2

After initial release, we were able to dissect the analytical data paired with 1:1 user testing. We found that the original navigation system was difficult for our GenX user base and needed to be revamped. After extensive testing I designed the navigation, tiles, and event details to accommodate for the demographic.

The landing page of the site now shows all events with scroll view. The users may access their events in the header and can filter all events with details such as date, category, size, and others.
