MiJourney, patient software acquired by Smith & Nephew in 2020

MiJourney was designed with the patient at the center. Each patient is given a tailored clinical pathway to give them the best opportunity for recovery, better health, and success. With the ability to communicate with the caregiver and see their pathway to success step by step, the patient will have renewed confidence, lower anxiety, and focus to drive toward their own personal best outcome.

Whend working with the founders, the main objective was to create an experience for orthopedic patients and providers that easily and effectively communicated with one another for scheduling, health, and pathway needs.

Together, we created a strategy around most important features needed and built out wireframes and designs according to the need. I delivered wireframes, high fidelity mockups (iOS mobile, iPad and desktop), app maps, development assets, and InVision prototypes.

The software was so successful that MiJourney was acquired by Smith & Nephew in 2020 to support healthcare providers seeking to expand orthopedic cases into ASCs and other outpatient settings.
